I had Windows XP Prof installed(upgraded) on my Dell
Computer. My computer says the A drive is working
properly, but when I access the drive, the computer won't
read it. It tells me to insert a disk when there is
already one in there. How do I fix this problem. I have
info stored on some disk and cannot access it.

You can also try that floppy on another computer. Sometimes it happends with
floppy disks that certain drives are unable to read them.
If you happend to get it working, copy the files from that floppy somewhere
or you may loose them

The disk media is probably goosed. Try with another floppy. If it works,
then it is the media that is the problem.
