Missing USB Drive...

Recently, I installed a USB scanner (HP 3970) on my
machine. Oddly enough, this caused my USB key drive
(Cruzer Mini 256) to vanish from "My Computer". The drive
is still accessable but you have to know which drive letter
it is using (at the moment it is using F:\) and type that
into the address bar in Windows Explorer. Does anyone
knows what's going on with my PC?

Not to mention that somewhere I now have a drive E:\ that
doesn't appear anywhere. (Note: The key drive appears in
the logical device manager.)

PS: If you could e-mail me, I would prefer that. Thanks!

Also e-mailed. With the device connected, right click on My Computer and
select Manage. On
the following screen, click on Disk Management. It should now show up on the
right hand side of the screen..... assign it a drive letter.
