Network problems!!

HI, i have a problem with my network, i can't connect to my server ....

\\192.168.1.10 work!!!!
\\servername don't work!!
with explorer .... dont work!!!

how can i repair? thanks

OK, lets get a little more specific. I'm assuming you have a folder shared on server? If so, what happens at a DOS prompt when you type


NET USE * \\SERVER\SHARE_NAME


I'm assuming:

Server name = SERVER
Sharename = SHARE_NAME

are you running dns?

my computer is so fast, it completes an endless loop in less than 4 seconds!
