I have this great set of Technics headphones that sound perfect with only
one major drawback:
They make my ears overheat and give me terrible earwax problems.(yuk!)
Does anyone know of a good pair of headphones that keep the ears nice and
cool whilst they're being worn?

Getting good headphones can be difficult if you need a boom mic on them,
it can be problematic at best. Too tight, lose, sweaty ears... loads of
problems. I'm currently using a set from Trust, behind the head type.
They are far from perfect due to them not sitting straight because of my
glasses. After about 3 hours the pain becomes so intense that I have to
stop gaming. Not the best way of moderating my online time I can think
of! You could try drilling some air holes in your current set?? could
stop the earwax problem.
Damn I can't believe I replying to a post about earwax...

Plantronics brand headsets are quite superb for the price, I have 2
sets. Good quality sound, boom mic is good, no overheating of ears,
no earwax buildup, lol.

I've a set of Koss CS-100 phones with a mic, I can wear em for days. Nothin
fancy but light and comfortable.
