Once again i appreciate the "education" you gave me.

The fan on Motherboard (that has Intel on it) is what I was looking
at.

I found that the way the manufacturer wired it had the wires stopping
the fan from running. I just rerouted it and it works now.

The Asus utility now gives me a threshold without any warnings.

The other fans are at still at zero but are running.

I was going to reply to your post but it's been a little while and I
didn't know if you would see it.

I really appreicate your help.
