Setup internet on windows 7

Hello,
I purchased a new HP desktop. how do I set up for IE?

It depends on how you have your internet set up, whether you're plugging in with an ethernet cable or using a wireless network. If it's the latter and you have a public network, it should be just as easy as turning on your wi-fi switch or searching for the network.
