My desk top CD-RW & DVD-RW will not read any data or music
disks. I insert a disc, click on 'my computor' and it
states 'no disk please insert' Now my laptop which has a
CD-RW, DVD conbo is doing thw same thing. I run XP Pro on
both with no virus's present. HELP

If you are using Nero software get rid of InCD and it will clear up. Take
a look at zaconlines post six below
yours.
