Question -is there any way of reinstalling or copy/paste
new CD DVD ROM drivers into the windows system files
currently getting this error message-
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

This problem began after uninstalling an online driver
backup and updating program.
Thanks
JC
