CCID Driver: Escape Command Support

I am using CCID driver on Windows 7, and SCardControl returns 0x00000001 (SCARD_CTL_CODE(3500)), It seems EscapeCoomand faeture is not supported on the driver(released date 2006). could any body help me.
Which driver supports escape command and how to enable, what is the latest CCID driver for windows 7 and how to get the latest driver.
