Got same advice from my computer tech support when USB devices
refused to function. This solution worked. Uninstall USB drivers then
reboot. Right click My Computer. Go through Properties-->Hardware-->
Device Manager-->Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Right click all
listed drivers and select uninstall for each. Reboot computer.
