Sounds like you may need to open some ports in your firewall to get your games working. I'm not entirely familiar with alcatel routers, but there are probably options to open all ports(firewall disabled basically), and options for opening certian ports(port fowarding) on different ip's in your home network in the admin menu of the router. I also looked at alcatel's website, but couldn't find your router. Do you have a model #?
