Hp deskjet 1220c printer driver

Check the HP Support website:
HP Deskjet 1220c Printer series
It's saying the Deskjet 1220c driver is already included in Windows 7.
And that Windows Update should find any newer drivers for you.

Printers often fall over when major new Windows versions come out, especially if they've been around for a while. If you can't find it at HP's website, they probably didn't bother to develop one. A 32 bit driver for Vista or W7 should do and will install into the x86 Programme Files folder which every 64 bit system should have.

While in the "Add a Printer" wizard:
When you get to "Install a printer driver", click the "Windows Update" button. This will enable access to a bunch of legacy printer drivers, but be prepared to wait as this process can take a while.
