I have a Dell Axim X3, with PocketPC ver 4.20. Everything seems to work
fine. I purchased a WAP for my home wired network. Installed just fine. I
installed a Socket 802.11 adapter into my Axim and it connects fine .... for
a while. I used it last evening for about 20 minutes and lost the
connection. The device kept searching but couldn't find the WAP again. I
removed the Socket card and reinserted it. At that time it did not do the
automatic search for a connection any longer. I gave up and turned the Axim
off. This morning I turned it back on, reinserted the Socket card and it
still does not perform the automatic search for an available connection and
I can't get the device to connect at all.

Any ideas of why it drops the connection initially and then refuses to do a
search again. I'm not sure where to begin as the setup is in exact
accordance with the setup manual.
