2X/4X Video Card on P4C800 Deluxe?

Simple question for you guys: Can older 2X/ 4X video card, which runs
on either 3.3 or 1.5 V, be used on the P4C800 Deluxe, given that the
manual is emphatic about not using a 3.3V card?

Yes. The manual is referring to cards that use an I/O voltage of 3.3 V
*only*.
