hi every1
i have a dell inspiron n5010 and recently got a virus even though it has norton installed.
laptop went to blue screen then restarted and as soon as password was entered it restarted again with the blue screen
inserted the dell cd and ran virus check through cmd and now i cant access the hard drive at all.
have removed the hard drive and tried to access via a caddy but i get no response from my pc and the drive is not visible
the files are really important on this drive and i cannot lose them
i believe the files for access have been removed by norton somehow but not sure
any help would be greatly appreciated
