P4C800-E and SoundMax

I have a dual boot system with Windows 98SE as my second OS. The only
problem that I'm having is I can't get the SoundMax driver to work. The only
error that I get is "No ADI codec Driver is installed". 98 completely
ignores the SoundMax drivers and tell me that I don't have a sound card
installed!
Any help please! I've looked thought out Asus sight for something that would
work but nothing helps.

You didn't say what your OTHER OS is.If it's XP or Win2K, then you need to
know that in a dual boot system using Win98SE as one of the OS's, Win98SE
HAS TO BE the first OS (Primary). Then XP or Win2K gets loaded as the
secondary OS. No choice in the matter.
