Toshiba question

Hi
Does Toshiba have a email address where you can write
to ask them some question about a particular notebook
computer ?
I try calling them but have problems understand them.
Been to there Web site but I couldn't find any email address.

Any help would be appreciated:

Why don't you call them back and ask to talk to a
supervisor, then ask for an email contact address.
