I am having trouble installing the device. It is actually there and accessible, but Windows XP keeps telling me that the device did not install correctly and each time I boot it goes through the evice found routine only to tell me it was unable to install the device. How can I get it to stop trying to install it each time I boot????

Hello

Is the device supported under WIN XP and also try going into
safe mode for XP and remove what software you have installed
for the device.
