News Flash ... Blizzard hits N. Georgia

ROTFLMFAO!!!!!!

You should see my place this morning.... I knew it had snowed before I even got out of bed, because it was so light in my bedroom...... We got about 3" last night... It's one of those greeting card snows...... Trees are all coveredin white snow..... To bad the sun won't be out this morning to get photos of the trees though......

It started raining the week before Xmas.... That took all the snow.... Then it's been raining since.... Yesterday, I'll bet we had a inch or two of rain before it started snowing..... My driveway is ice..... The snow melted on the concrete & turned to ice...... The concrete was warmer that the grass & such.... Not sure yet if the UP will be good enough to sled in Feb., when we're supposed to go....

Good news is, we got some snow...... Bad news is, not enough snow to help out running the sleds...... :x

It took me almost 15 minutes to clean my truck off this morning. All iced over instead of that little dusting Russel got down there. haha

Snow is still there at 9 am in the shade.

It does something like this about once a year.

We have got over 12" before ..... everything shuts down when we get enough to coat the roads.

We don't get those either.

When we get the heavy rain. People pull over the side of the road to wait for it to slow down.

I gotta move up there - idiot drivers in Chicago are worse than the ones in Ohio when it snows...
