Blue Screen of Death - Bad Company 2

I have been getting bsods on this game for quite some time now I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have way over the recommended specs and get over 60fps all the time. I managed to record the problem of the bsod but i'm not experienced enough to know what the problem is. Here is the BSoD:

That's a DirectX error.
Download and install this.
Make sure your OS is up to date including all SP's.
