No POST or video on A7N8X-X

have built 2 other computers with this board and no issues except for sound.

this one of course is for a friend and board would not boot or give
a video signal.

checked xp2600+ in another machine and swapped memory to a working
rig with same mobo. all components are fine in other rigs.
tried 2 different agp cards and a pci graphics card, all with no luck.

any suggestions or ideas?

does that board have voice post?

try different ram....even though it works elsewhere try different ram!

what exactly happens? Do any fans start? Any frontpanel lights? No beeps?
You've probably already tried resetting cmos/bios, yes? If able, try another
PSU.

Thanks for reply.

Fans spin up, discs spin up, fans both case and cpu spin.
Tested CPU in another rig and it is ok.
Tried resetting cmos, what is resetting the bios?
I get fron panel lights and the internal power light is greeen.

Just nothing happens. No POST beeps and no video.

Hmm, could be anything. First try another p/supp. Yesterday same happend to
me, p/supp was my problem. If that doesn't help, swap the mainboard. I
suggest you disconnected anything, hdd, fdd, optical drives and usb-stuff.
