After installing a new motherboard (flashed latest bios) cannot load XP Home from CDROM. Bios recognizes the hardware but keep getting cannot open CDROM Code 4. Have tried three different CD ROM drives all with the same result.

Be sure that you have opened the BIOS and set the drives as
auto detect/ enabled and be sure the CDROM is the first boot
device.
