How I can clean my computer from virus effected ? my control panel is not working when I click over my user account or others like remove programs ?
some one must change my acount name ?

Download Malwarebytes in safemode with networking enabled.
Run a full scan.
That's for starters.
Also consider installing MSE 2 once your problems are sorted.
If your malware is more insidious try rkill.

On a past Vista machine, I did a system restore and was able to get rid of the viruses that way. I'm not sure if it would work on a Windows 7 machine, but it's worth a shot. Also, I would recommend using Microsoft Security Essentials; it works well with Windows 7: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
