P4C800-E Deluxe and 3.4E proc

Will the P4C800-E Deluxe and 3.4E proc work nice together? I am
thinking about buying an ASUS P4C8000-E Deluxe.

I'm having problems using the two togehter. Don't seem to be too fast and I
can't pull up any web pages and if I do pull them up, I can't view any
grahpics. Could just be my setting with XP, but after 3 days, I haven't
found the best setting yet.
