Not officialy But there is a tool, which hacks this security option, so it converts LIT
files to HTML files.

It can be read in Microsoft Reader. And there are some
converting tools around (a little Googling should bring these
up), although there might be legal issues depending on where you
are, what type of content you're trying to converting, and what
your intentions with the converted file type might be.
