A7V133C Power Up

When I push the power switch, my PC powers up but does not
boot up. Nothing is displayed on the monitor and no disk activity.
It stays in this state until I press the reset button
and then begins to boot normally.

All DIP switches are in the default state (off).
I have a 350 watt power supply, 1.13 Ghz T-Bird processor, 1 hard drive,
1 network card, 1 graphics card, and 512 MB of PC133 RAM installed.
The motherboard is new.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could be anything. Start by trying a different power supply. If that
doesn't fix it, likely mainboard or perhaps even video card.
