Can ANYONE tell me what this is? It has the yellow
exclamation point under device manager, but I haven't a
clue what this might be
Any help would sure be appreciated

SM Bus is System Management Bus. You will need to install your chipset
drivers. What kind of motherboard do you have? Whatever chipset is on
it, you will need to go to that maker's website and download the latest
drivers for it ;)
