Hi, I have a strange problem. I installed Windows 7 on my office laptop and it works fine. When I then take my laptop home and connect it to my wireless network at home. I can't surf as expected. What happens is that the laptop connects to the wireless network without problem, however when I start browse the web, i get something like "Website cannot open, check your internet connection" 99 times of 100. But there is no problem with the connection to the wireless network. Any ideas?

Thanks

Says it's connected, troubleshooter says there's nothing wrong, but no joy?

First suspect on the list is your Firewall. Disable it, and see. If it works, then you can go back and work on getting it configured for home.
