ASUS P4R800V Deluxe and WinXP MCE2005 : problems

Hi,

I have a P4R800V Deluxe with P4-3.2GHz-1Mb, 1Gb of Kingston RAM, ATA
HARD DISK.
When I install WinXP MCE2005 edition with no PCI boards mounted but
just the integrated chipsets active the Audio and Video CODECS are
reported "not functioning properly". I installed the ALL IN ONE ASUS
driver included in the package + the updated MCE compatible video
driver for IGP9100 downloaded from the ATI website.
But nothing changes : the audio/video CODECS report that error.

Consequently MCE2005 doesn't work fine. I installed the WinDVD6 and
Nvidia CODECS to no avail : the MCE system doesn't work fine and the
device manager reports the same problem of the codecs not functioning
properly.

How can I solve? IS the P4R800V Deluxe compatible with WinXP MCE2005?

Thank you for your help.
