ultra ata 100 drive disappeared

Untitled DocumentThis is on a Dell poweredge 600sc.

It just stopped appearing on explorer, rebooting didn't help.
The drive shows up in the boot process.

Should I un/reinstall the drivers?

You can't really uninstall/reinstall the drivers. Have you recently
installed anything like Tweak UI? Also, click Start-Run-Type
compmgmt.msc and click OK. Now click on Disk Management. Do you see your
harddrive listed there? Check and make sure a drive letter is assigned
to it and there is nothing funny going on there
