I have a internal memory card reader connected to the MB usb pinouts

In the system tray is always the USB hardware is safe to remove icon.

Do I have to have this icon there?
Is there a way to disable it?

TIA,

I haven't figured out how to disable this icon, but I just ignore it.
I don't use it to "Safely Remove USB Devices"

I also have an internal 7-in-1 multi-card reader (+ one USB) attached
to m/b USB header USB56 on my A7N8X-dx.

I use the USB for thumb drive regularly, and the card slots
occasionally and just remove the device.

What OS? Presuming it's a version of Windows, why not ask in one of
the relevant Windows conferences which are frequented by Microsoft
MVP's who are generally very knowledgeable and could give reliable
advice.
