I tried to install a new mouse for my computer and for
some reason it will not work. It is giving me the
following message "Windows successfully loaded the device
driver for this hardware, but cannot find the hardware
device (code 41)" Before that message I had this
one "Windows cannot start this hardware device because
its configuration information (in the registry) is
incomplete or damaged (code 19). I tried to put my old
mouse back in, but it will not work now either.
