Epson R200 Print CDs from desktop publishing software

I recently bought an Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer, primarily to print on
CDs.

I would like to print labels from M.S. Publisher. I am already familiar with
Publisher and it has some features lacking in the CD Print software supplied
with the printer. It is not obvious, looking at the operation of CD Print, how
to orient the image on a desktop publishing program page for printing onto a
CD.

The print dialog in MS Publisher offers CD/DVD as a media choice. To match the
template provided with the CD Print software, I am using a 116 mm diameter
outer circle and a 43 mm diameter inner circle with the printable image between
the two concentric circles.

After selecting "Manual" for paper source and "CD/DVD" for the media type, the
print dialog box automatically sets the media size to 210 x 297 mm. Where on
this 210 x 297 mm page should I place the centers of the circles defining the
image area so that they will be centered on the CD when printed?

I tried to get this information from Epson technical support but they acted
like they didn't understand my question.

I know that I could figure this out by trial and error but I fear ink being
spread throughout the inside of my new printer if I make a really bad initial
guess. If anyone out there has already figured this out, I really would
appreciate some help.

Thanks in advance,

Paul Core
