Internet bandwidth calculating

Hi all,
How can one calculate an outgoing b/w for a company?
lets say i have 100 users and 80% of them will be browsing
the internet concurrent, what would be the right connection for me? are there mathematical way to calculate it?

second: is there a mathematical way to calculate the line i would need for a publik website?

just web pages? or downloading stuff? if you got the money a t-1 should do nicely, unless you have a LOT of stuff going out

my computer is so fast, it completes an endless loop in less than 4 seconds!
