If it's trying to boot from PXE (off the LAN) it presumably means it  
failed to boot from anything else. Is your CD drive connected properly  
and recognized by the BIOS?

Yes ,,I aslo made the cd rom 1st boot device

Are you really sure the cd is bootable ?
