I had a 32 meg nvidia card that worked good for halo.
but i wanted better so i bought a 128 meg nvidia fx 5200.
The graphics are great now, but when I zoom in with the sniper rifle it is
blurry.
I tried it on 2 different computers same results. The graphics are very
crisp and clear as long as i don't zoom.
When i zoomed with my old card it stayed clear. Is this the way it is with
better cards ?

I think it is supposed to be a bit fuzzy, I.E. a deliberate effect. I have a
9800 Pro and the zoom looks similar to pistol zoom. Fuzzy around the
periphery and clearer around the target area - You can still see what you
shooting though.
Some people see cloaked players as sky blue with their vid cards, I assume
because their card can't handle the cloaked effect.
I'm not up on Nvidia cards, but isn't the 5200 one of the lower spec ones?

Yea i think ur right, im using a geforce 4 mx 440, i must admit the zoom on
the sniper is quite fuzzy, but i suspect it would be from 200m! this is
where u use the telescopic that you can buy from wario's shop! a bargain for
20 zing

(plz wake me up)

Yeah, got tired of having a box that was always struggling with newer
games, or always having to turn down/off some effects, so I splurged on the
9800 Pro - cost as much as the new MoBo (Abit NF7s), RAM, CPU (AMD 2500) and
case combined when I got it - not name brand parts, but they work great none
the less.
