Scandisk/Chkdisk with multiple harddrives on win XP

In my computer I have a RAID with 2 Western Digital 10k
RPM drives on the onboard ICH5 Controller and then two
Seagate 160GB SATA drives on the onboard Promise SATA
controller. The problem is that every time I start up my
computer (Windows XP Home) The chkdisk utility tries to
run on both of the Seagate drives. I have let it run many
times and it has never found any problems. I would like
to know if there is anything I can do to stop this.

Click Start-Run-Type regedit and click OK. Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
Change the following key to:

BootExecute - autocheck autochk *

Or try tweak #82 on left side:
