There are grafics in my photo files how to delete them?

I have been putting my photos on my PC each time I use my camera. I have only 86 photos but a total of over 7,500 grafics. How do I get the grafics deleted? My photos are in a HP PhotoSmart. Thank you Kathye

Are the photos and graphics stored in the same folder?

They are mixed in with the photos. Can I delete all and the import the photos back? If so How do I delete all the stuff in HP Photosmart Essential 3.5 Ink? Can I just delete the HP Photosmart the start over?
