I have SP Pro and all of a sudden all my installed
printers are not there and XP is not allowing me to
reinstall printers. As soon as I click on ADD PRINTER I
get the pop up message "Operation could not be completed".
Anyone know how to fix this ?

Start the Print Spooler. From the command prompt, type:

net start spooler
(and hit enter)
