Hi Chris,

Go to the web-site of the scanner manufacture and download the latest XP
drivers from them. If you get the message that the drivers have not passed
MS tests, there should be an option to ignore and install anyway, I don't
remember just what it says, elect to install anyway. All that means is that
the publisher has not yet paid MS to give it the OK. If it does not work,
for some reason, just uninstall the driver and then go shopping.

HTH, JAX
