Is there any limit to the size of a Storage Card on a Pocket PC, running
Pocket PC 2002, or more accurately for a CF Card, and/or SD/MMC on a Jornada
568.

Thanks,
Steve

I think that any available CF Type I card should work with a Jornda 560
series. SD/MMC is a bit different. It depends on which adapter you have.
My recollection is that the PC Card sleeve's slot is MMC only (the PC
Card sleeve has two slots, of course, one PC Card/PCMCIA and one MMC).
SD card will not work in it. The extended battery slot is SD/MMC. Any
appropriate card (regardless of size) for the MMC or SD slot options
should work.

That wasn't my experience. I had two 568s with two MMC/batteries and one
PCcard sled. I had no problem with any SD/MMC slot with 128M SD or MMC
cards. Never got 256M SD or MMC (I think) cards to work reliably in any
slot, in any combination. I know others had better luck, but I never did.
The caveat on the 256M MMC is because I can't recall anymore if there were
256M MMCs at the time. Definitely both SD and MMC 128s worked fine, and 256M
SD did not. Don't have any of that stuff any more so can't recheck.

No, I've got the PCMCIA sleeve for the 560 series. It definitely cannot work
with SD card. And, I doubt if any of the early slots are SDIO.
