Hello, I recently reformatted my hard drive with Windows 7, and I have been updating my computer, downloading some shell extensions, etc... Anyway, one of the shell extensions starting making windows explorer non-responsive. I know where the problem is and how to get rid of it, but I can't get to it because I can't access explorer. What should I do?

This is a very odd problem. Have you tried to reboot the computer in safe mode?

I tried rebooting the computer in safe mode, but explorer stopped working altogether. I used System Restore from my OS disc and got my computer back on top. Thanks!
