Runtime error

I just connected my old 200GB HD to the system I built
and when I try to view the files I get the following
error:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
abnormal program termination

Try installing this and see if that fixes the problem:
