Problem with MotherBoard A7N8X-VM/400 and Sempron 2800+

I had this same problem with a Sempron 2400+ processor. After days of
working on it I just quite... Tried everything (other mobo, bios, p/supply,
an other processor) to fix it but nothing helps. I swaped the mainboard for
the A7V400-MX and that runs really smooth with no problem at all.

I found the problem: It was the power supply of my Box (Antec Minuet)
which is not enought powerfull.....
