Windows xp games on windows 7

how to install windows xp games on windows 7? I keep getting errors for games like Assassins Creed and Velvet Assassin. Even Batman Arkham Asylum isnt running...

They all work fine in Windows 7.
Here is a video that explains how to use the Program Compatibility troubleshooter and also set Program Compatibility manually.
Make older programs run in this version of Windows
