Shutdown and restart problem

Hello sir,
power button shows always on after shutdown/hibernate.power button turned off
when i applied restart .so its not restarted. after applied shutdown i press power button turned off manually.what was the problem?
system details:delln4010,windows7 home basic,avast antivirus. Thank you

i would say that your automatic shutdown isnt working anymore of course and ur just going to have to shut it off manually from now on or take it to ur local computer technican.
