Try this..
When you go into the add printer wizard.. don't select network printer.
Instead use local attached printer option. When the window opens to select
printer port create a new port, standard TCP/IP port. Then follow the
prompts from there entering the ip address, printer type etc.,etc This
should take care of you

> Thanks for your help. I had already tried what you said, and got the IP
address (it's a standard TCP/IP Port). But the Add Printer Wizard can't
seem to connect. I choose "network printer" in the first window, and then
type in the IP address in the second window. (I've tried both "connect to
this printer" and connect to a printer on the internet or on a home or
office network). But then I get an error message saying that Windows cannot
connect to the printer. This even happens when I try it on my computer,
which has this printer installed.
