problem installing software

I have attempted several times to install Adobe photoshop
software, but a program called rundll.32, is unresponsive
and it must be needed to install certain software
packages. I would appreciate some advice as to remedy the
issue.

Are you talking about rundll32.exe? This is a core component of
Windows. If it is looking for rundll.32 you may have a virus or
spyware. I'd check my computer
