Hi there,
Is there a way to overclock the PCI to 66MHz? What will be the tansfer
rate? Will that be 200M? Is it stable?

I don't think that card is designed for 66 MHz PCI (neither is the
board). You definitely will not get 200 MB/sec IDE transfers out of the
card even if it did do 66 MHz PCI..
