I am going to use a POS printer Epson TM88III.

Because of some reasons, I have to use the windows driver coming from
Epson . However, I found that when I print a customer receipt, the
starting blank margin seems to be too much (about 7cm). And my boss
felt not happy. Could Epson side draw attention to the problem?

Thanks!

I have one more problem. By the windows driver, after I have set the
partial cut function, I found it performs full cut rather than partial
cut. I felt very doubt about that? Could someone help me?

I have set up a receipt in Word (Win XP) on a TM88IIIP, and the margins used is:
Top 0.42cm, Bottom 0.43cm
Left: 0.61cm Right: 0.62cm
